What's included in the initial consultation?
Your 60-minute Functional Health Consultation includes a full review of your health history, discussion of any current symptoms or goals, and — if applicable — review of recent lab work. We’ll identify possible root causes and outline your personalized next steps.
Do you prescribe weight loss medications like GLP-1s (e.g. Wegovy, Zepbound)?
We do offer medication as part of our medical weight loss program when it’s appropriate and aligned with your goals and health profile. Your provider will talk with you about whether this option makes sense during your consultation.
How long does the program last?
It depends on your unique goals and starting point. Some clients work with us for a few months, others continue longer for sustained support. We’ll create a plan that fits your timeline and lifestyle.
Is this a medical weight loss program?
Yes. Our approach blends traditional medicine with functional and holistic strategies. You may be supported with medication, nutrition coaching, mindset work, or other tools — depending on what your body needs.
How is this different from a diet or fitness program?
Most programs focus only on weight — we focus on you. We take a whole-person approach that supports your metabolism, mental health, hormones, and habits so that results can actually last.
Do you accept insurance?
Some services may be eligible for insurance or HSA/FSA reimbursement, depending on your plan. We’re happy to walk you through your options during your intro call.
